The following reservation policies govern the terms of service, financing options, and payment deadlines for Creekside Lodge in Houston, AK.

Nightly Room Rental

Room reservations are subject to a 8% bed tax and a 2% city tax. Please contact us to confirm your reservation 24 hours in advance. Room Rental pricing is available here – and all prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm
  • Check-out time is 11:00am

Complete Lodge Rental – Vacation, Retreat or Special Event

Lodge reservations are subject to a 8% bed tax and a 2% city tax. A 50% down payment is required at the time of reservation, and the remainder is due on arrival. Please contact us to confirm your reservation 24 hours in advance. Lodge Rental pricing is available here – and all prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Check-in time is 3:00pm
  • Check-out time is 11:00am
  • An optional late-checkout at 1:00pm is available for an additional fee

Weddings & Special Events

Wedding reservations are subject to a 8% bed tax and a 2% city tax. We offer a four-payment financing plan for weddings, of 25% down at the time of reservation with 25% due 60 days after reservation, 25% due 180 days after reservation, and final payment due 45 days prior to your event. If your reservation is under 6 months you are subject to 50% down with remaining balance due 45 days prior to your event.

Standard check-in and check-out times, listed above, also apply to all wedding reservations.

Refund/Cancellation Policies

The following refund and cancellation policies govern the terms of service concerning a reservation cancellation.

Room Rental Cancellation

If for any reason you are unable to stay with us, we do require that you notify us 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a charge of your room rental and Taxes posted to your credit card.

Lodge Rental Cancellation

For a Full refund of your rental deposit minus administrative fee of $125, please cancel your accommodation reservation at least 90 days ahead of your scheduled arrival by contacting us.

Wedding Reservation Cancellation PolicyCancellation of an event must be made in writing to the Creekside Lodge.

  • In the unlikely event the CLIENT should cancel all deposits are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, if the Creekside Lodge is able to rebook a comparable event on the scheduled date all or a portion of the second deposit may be refunded.
  • Cancellation of an event must be made prior to 180 days before the event. If cancellation is less than 180 days before the event the remaining balance will be charged. There is no refund of what has been paid, due to liquidated damages.

No-Smoking Policy

Please refrain from smoking inside the buildings. Creekside Lodge enforces a 100% No Smoking policy inside the building. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, outside of the building.

A $500 fine will be assessed if any sign of smoking in the building or rooms is detected. Furthermore, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund, and no future reservation will be accepted.

Damages & Deposits

All terms relating to damage deposits, acceptable use, and damages to the premises are controlled by your reservation contract. Please refer to that document should you have any question.
